I’ve only been successful at it probably 3-4 times in my entire life – that’s how difficult it is to break my sugar addiction, especially when I chip away at it every day – like a Junkie.

    sugarWhen Lent began a week ago on Ash Wednesday, I gave up all sweets. Bold move, I know, but I need a drastic measure to break my carb addiction, once again. It seems that my addiction escalates during the Holidays – so by the time Lent rolls around, I’m more than ready to kick that dang sugar habit, once again.

    In one week, I’ve lost about 2-3 pounds!

    Just goes to show ya that when you cut the carbs, and break the addiction, anything’s possible! I”m eager to see how many pounds I can shed by Easter Sunday.
