    No matter who you are, you need to develop patience and perseverance when it comes to doing anything – especially when it comes to Committing To Get Fit – In Every Aspect of Your Life. There are no quick fixes, no accidents, no magic potions, lotions or pills – for improving your lifestyle, nor for losing your unhealthy, unwanted weight once and for all. I think we all know this by now.

    Once you learn to develop these two all-important qualities and use them wisely every day, they will serve you well in whatever you do – especially in improving your weight loss, wellness and lifestyle goals.

    Every morning take a few moments to think about what you’re going to do that day and what you’re going to eat and how and where you’re going to squeeze in your hour’s walk, weight training or other cardio exercise.

    Ask yourself, “What am I going to do today to improve MY lifestyle, weight loss and wellness?”

    Do this every single morning when you meditate. Or, you can do it in your own way, but just get those thoughts rolling ‘round in your head first thing each morning. This is one habit that will richly reward you in every aspect of your life.

    You can make New Year’s resolutions on any day of the year you want or need to – cos every single day is New Year’s Day. So if you failed to make your resolutions this year, no problemma. Do it now.

    Make your unfulfilling, unhealthy habits, and excess weight vanish; make your diet obstacles and difficulties disappear by including patience and perseverance in your New Year’s fitness resolutions and practice them for the rest of the coming year.
