    When you hear a voice within you say “you cannot lose weight,” then by all means do whatever it takes to lose that weight, and your demon will be silenced.

    You KNOW you can do it – you can lose all your unhealthy, unwanted weight once and for all – and I can show you how. I will give you the tools you need, but you really gotta wanna.

    And, no, you don’t need a gastric by-pass nor a lap-band procedure, either. All you need is Y-O-U and the will to get ‘er done this one last time.

    We ALL carry these demon voices around in our heads. Some are stronger than others, meaner than others. And some are much louder than others, too. And a few whoop our ass when we let ‘em.

    The trick is – not to let ‘em . . .

    When someone tells you that you can’t do something – whether it be your father, mother, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, lover, S.O., step-father, evil step-mom, teacher, sister or brother, cousin, neighbor or friend – they’re all foes if they use that “voice” on you. The venomous invalidation they spew will only serve to “P” you off and make you want to prove them wrong, I hope . . . or it will stop you dead in your tracks – if you let it.

    I refused to let it any longer.
