    This week, we’ll discuss exactly how to set up your kitchen and your cabinets to make sure that the foods you are eating are EXACTLY what your body needs and you actually enjoy!

  • Week 6: Love Your New Life

    Weight loss and a healthy, motivated lifestyle are not about killing yourself at the gym everyday. It's not about waking up every morning dreading the workout routine. It's about finding what works best for you and sticking with it. When you see consistent, weekly results, that’s motivation in itself.
