    At cocktail time, they serve incredibly delicious “Mock-Tails.”

    This Virgin Bloody Mary Mix is so awesome that I’d easily have four glasses before dinner.

    It got to be the joke of our group and the server kids that they should just hook me up to an IV of the stuff.

    Be sure to serve with the veggie garnish of your choice – in my case it was a nice, healthy, organic celery stalk with the glass rimmed in some sort of yummy mystery mixture of Old Bay Seasoning and a salt substitute – I’m guessing. That part was “secret!”

    Ingredients

    1 Tbsp horseradish
    1½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
    2 tsp celery seed
    2 tsp distilled white vinegar
    4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    Pinch freshly ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    4 cups low-sodium tomato juice

    Instructions 
    1. Combine all ingredients except for tomato juice in a blender container. Puree briefly.
    2. Add tomato juice and blend well. Serve over ice.
